Retail and graphic designers worked as a team to come up with a solution to a store design that coordinates multiple design initiatives (store design, identity application, retail communications and packaging) into a new brand and overall customer experience. To help customers navigate an environment full of seemingly identical black bags, bright colors and prominent messages are a key part of the environmental graphic design. The design references air mail stamps (the logo), time zone maps (tonal stripes on signage) and clocks (on packaging and elsewhere) to evoke the spirit of travel.
